After November 07, 2023 China accepts documents under a simplified procedure when the apostille stamp of an issuing country suffices, while Hong Kong has been doing that since April 25, 1965. However, each issuing state has its own policy of execution of documents, apostille and translation procedures that are to correspond with the applicable law of China and Hong Kong.
