In Ukraine there’s a list of public documents to be used for authorities of China in Beijing, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Tianjin, Wuhan, Dongguan, Foshan, Chengdu, as well as for Hong Kong or Taiwan: duplicate of birth certificate, duplicate of marriage certificate, divorce decree (judgment), police clearance certificate (police record, criminal record, certificate of good conduct, certificate of no conviction, police check, non-criminal certificate, non-conviction certificate), affidavit or non-impediment certificate.

By default, Ukrainian documents, like a police certificate, birth or marriage certificate from civil registry office of Ukraine, diploma and diploma supplement or transcript, affidavit, non-impediment certificate, passport, power of attorney, contract, agreement and other official documents are subject to apostille procedures at Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine or Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. 

Once the document is attached with the apostille stamp of Ukraine, it requires notarized translation from Ukrainian into Chinese by a professional translation and legal company in Europe or in the territory of China to be then smoothly accepted by any government bodies or private entities of China.
