Apostille/legalization stamp on diploma, police clearance certificate, birth/marriage certificate in Belarus

Belarus (Byelorussia, Belorussia) has the following ministries entitled for apostille and legalization procedures: Ministry of Education of Belarus, Ministry of Justice of Belarus and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. Different documents issued in Minsk, Mogilev, Bobruysk, Gomel, Mozyr, Grodno, Lida, Brest, Baranovichi, Pinsk, Vitebsk and other cities and towns of the Republic of Belarus may require apostille or legalization stamping procedure. 

Belarusian documents desigated for Poland, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, UK, USA, Australia, Japan and lots of other world countries, Hague Convention member states, should be apostilled by an appropriate ministry in Belarus. Meanwhile, other countries like Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand require ministry legalization procedure together with consular attestation. 

On the territory of the Republic of Belarus all official documents issued by authorities and institutions of this country (police clearance certificate/ criminal record, police record, certificate of good conduct, certificate of non-conviction, PCC; diploma, transcript, birth certificate, marriage certificate) in Minsk, Mogilev, Bobruysk, Gomel, Mozyr, Grodno, Lida, Brest, Baranovichi, Pinsk, Vitebsk are apostilled and legalized by Ministry of Education of Belarus, Ministry of Justice of Belarus and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and foreign consulates in Minsk only.
