Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is the only entitled authority to apostille a Ukrainian diploma, transcript, certificate, supplement, record or verify and carry out nostrification of any foreign diploma and transcript for further study or employment in Ukraine. 

Prior to nostrification and recognition procedure in Ukraine foreign education documents (diploma, transcript, supplement, record) should have certified translation and notarization by a certified translator of Ukrainian language. While Ukrainian diplomas, transcripts and supplements designated for apostille services and use abroad may need a certified, authorized or sworn translation from Ukrainian into English, French, German, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Slovak, Czech, Lithuanian, Chinese etc.
